Job Description
As a Remote Subscription Services Assistant at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in supporting our vast array of subscription-based services. This includes assisting customers with inquiries, managing account details, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for subscribers to Amazon Prime, Music, Kindle Unlimited, and other offerings. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for Amazon's subscription services via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, subscription modifications, and cancellations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to subscription access, streaming, and device compatibility.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of various Amazon subscription offerings.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base articles to enhance service efficiency.
