A company is looking for a Remote Technical Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues remotely
- Managing customer issues from initiation to resolution in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining expert knowledge of deployment systems and software to assist customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Self-starter comfortable working independently
- Prior IT Helpdesk experience
- Strong technical ability, including installing drivers and diagnosing system issues
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
