The role involves responding to member inquiries and providing information on various financial products and services.
Responsibilities
- Responding to member inquiries
- Providing accurate information on products and services
- Performing account transactions across savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs
- Advising members on suitable products
- Fostering positive interactions
- Managing a high daily call volume of 80–100+ calls
Skills
- High School Diploma/ GED required
- 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (must be customer-facing roles)
- Knowledge of savings and checking products and services
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with computer applications and numerical accuracy
