  • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and performance tracking to ensure timely, accurate, and high-performing delivery.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external media vendors to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Build and continuously optimize internal operations processes to scale the Retail Media Network efficiently.
  • Own ad ops systems and tools-including campaign trafficking platforms, ad servers, and partner integrations-to support accurate activation and tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Media Sales, Product, Analytics, and Merchandising teams to streamline workflows and campaign handoffs.
  • Lead financial operations for the network including media revenue tracking, billing validation, vendor reconciliation, and monthly reporting.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate, timely revenue recognition and forecasting.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor pacing, campaign delivery, and financial performance across the network.
  • Build, lead, and mentor an ad operations team to support growing campaign volume and complexity.
  • Establish clear SLAs, KPIs, and QA standards for campaign execution and team accountability.
  • Serve as a trusted operational leader within the broader Retail Media team, driving transparency and excellence in every activation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, preferably in retail media, ecommerce, or agency environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Nice-to-haves

  • Deep understanding of media trafficking, ad platforms, reporting tools, and campaign lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience managing both onsite and offsite media campaigns, including platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial tracking and reporting processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with retail media platforms and ad servers such as CitrusAd, Criteo, or PromoteIQ.
