As an employee, you will provide in-store merchandising assistance to retailers to satisfy consumers' needs. This involves creating displays and end caps, rearranging shelves with product rotation, and monitoring inventory to ensure stores and suppliers optimize sales opportunities. Candidate Requirements:
- Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a cheerful, energetic, and sociable manner
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable transportation to and from the work site is necessary
- Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills with clients, customers, and colleagues
- Motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results
- Capable of working independently while fostering team collaboration
