We are UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!</p><p>As a Retail Sales Mobile Associate, you will play a key role in supporting retail operations by engaging customers and catering to their technology and service needs in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include building product knowledge, showcasing technology solutions, and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience. You will be developing skills in customer interaction, digital tool usage, and making service plan recommendations. Success in this role is measured by your ability to foster customer relationships and drive satisfaction while meeting organizational goals.</p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Deliver personalized technology and service solutions tailored to customer needs through proficient customer service and sales.</li><li>Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding.</li><li>Complete all required training to gain knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.</li><li>Collaborate with team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and support team initiatives.</li><li>Perform additional duties/projects as assigned by management.</li></ul><b>Education and Work Experience:</b><ul><li>High School Diploma/GED (Required)</li><li>6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)</li></ul><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b><ul><li>A passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting with others and having fun doing it! (Required)</li><li>A competitive drive with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. (Required)</li><li>A willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues. (Required)</li><li>Effective in balancing customer needs with performance goals. (Required)</li></ul><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>Legally authorized to work in the United States.</li></ul><b>Travel:</b><p>No travel required.</p><b>DOT Regulated:</b><p>This is not a DOT regulated position.</p><p>The hourly base pay starts at $19.00, plus an additional $5.00 per hour during training. After completing your first 90 days at T-Mobile, you will receive on-the-job training and be eligible for hourly training pay. Once you complete your training, you can advance to the Mobile Expert role with the potential for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, subject to performance and full-time status. All employees receive a guaranteed earning of $20/hour, combining base pay and incentives. Every employee is also eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.</p><p>At T-Mobile, our benefits reflect our commitment to teamwork!
