Sales / Customer Service / Social Media Manager
This role combines frontline customer interaction with digital brand management. The individual will manage customer inquiries, drive sales conversions, and oversee the brand’s presence across social media platforms. They ensure customers are satisfied while also creating engaging campaigns that increase visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Manage social media pages: content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Generate reports on customer service trends and social media analytics.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
