Sales Executive – Hotels & Travel Agents

Are you passionate about sales and building lasting partnerships? At QDrive Performance, you’ll represent London’s leading luxury rent-a-car and chauffeur brand, working with five-star hotels, luxury travel agents, DMCs, and corporate travel buyers. This hybrid role combines <strong>field sales</strong> with <strong>inside sales</strong>, giving you the opportunity to own the entire sales cycle from first contact to long-term partnership.<br><br><strong>YOUR ROLE AT QDRIVE<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop and grow sales with five-star hotels, concierge teams, and travel agencies.</li><li>Acquire new B2B accounts, including DMCs, TMCs, and corporate travel groups.</li><li>Manage outbound sales campaigns (calls, emails, trade networks) to attract new partners.</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with hotel managers, concierges, and corporate buyers.</li><li>Present tailored mobility solutions, from luxury self-drive to chauffeur and bespoke experiences.</li><li>Attend trade shows (ATM, WTM, ILTM) and represent QDrive at partner events.</li><li>Collaborate with the operations team to ensure flawless delivery for partner bookings.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Your Skills Matter<br><br></strong><ul><li>Sales Talent: You are a natural closer, confident with both face-to-face meetings and phone/email outreach.</li><li>Experience: Previous background in hospitality, travel, car rental, or luxury services preferred.</li><li>Relationship Builder: Able to engage with senior hotel staff, corporate buyers, and travel consultants.</li><li>Organisation: Skilled at managing pipelines, CRM updates, and structured follow-ups.</li><li>Flexibility: Comfortable travelling across London and occasionally beyond for meetings and events.</li><li>Driving Licence: Full UK licence required.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br><br></strong><ul><li>Competitive base salary (£27,000) + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000–£45,000).</li><li>22 days’ holiday + bank holidays.</li><li>Staff rental scheme for family & friends.</li><li>Paid training in luxury mobility sales and client management.</li><li>Clear progression path to Senior Sales or Business Development Manager.</li><li>Employee wellbeing and support programmes.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About Us<br><br></strong>QDrive Performance is London’s leading premium rent-a-car and chauffeur company.
