About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative for the Spanish market, working remotely from Argentina.
This person will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from the first contact with the lead to the closing, directly impacting the growth of Coding Giants in Spain and the expansion of access to quality technological education.
It is a 100% result-oriented role, with a focus on conversion, structured follow-up, and excellence in the customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the complete B2C sales cycle.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Identify needs, present the educational proposal, and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed the established commercial KPIs.
- Manage and keep the CRM pipeline updated.
- Make structured follow-up on leads and open opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for renewal, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Provide a close, clear, and professional experience to each family.
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience in B2C sales, ideally in consultative sales or short sales cycles with a high volume of leads.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Experience managing CRM pipeline (HubSpot or Salesforce) with structured follow-up and forecasting.
- Experience working with commercial KPIs (conversion rate, contact rate, close rate, revenue per lead, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Persuasive, resilient, and highly results-oriented profile.
- High autonomy, organization, and discipline for remote work.
- Previous experience in startups, educational sector, or EdTech is valued.
- B2 level English (desirable) for internal interaction in an international environment.
