Employment Terms & Visa Policy This is a 100% remote, full-time, direct W2 position with Bright Vision Technologies. This role is part of Bright Vision Technologies’ in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement. The client, end customer, and employer for this position is Bright Vision Technologies — there is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved. We do not engage in C2C, 1099, or third-party arrangements for this role. BUT STRICTLY NO C2C/1099/3RD PARTY COMPANIES. ALL OUR ROLES ARE W2 AND NO 3RD PARTY BROKERING PLEASE. Candidates must be willing to work directly as a full-time W2 employee of Bright Vision Technologies and contribute to our in-house SOW deliverables. No new H1B sponsorship is available for this role. However, candidates who are currently on a valid H1B visa and require a transfer are welcome to apply. Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Developer to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms. The role is deeply hands-on, with responsibility for delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements while respecting platform limits and long-term maintainability. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Salesforce work in production, writes idiomatic Apex and modern LWC, and balances declarative-first thinking with the willingness to write code where it provides clear value. Key Responsibilities<ul style="margin-bottom:4px;"><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs that respect governor limits and bulkification principles.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Build Lightning Web Components for rich, performant user experiences embedded across Salesforce surfaces.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Design and implement automation using Flow, Process Builder migration, and declarative-first patterns.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Salesforce Connect.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Implement complex data models including custom objects, relationships, formula fields, and validation rules.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Build and maintain sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and row-level security configurations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Develop and maintain comprehensive Apex unit tests with meaningful coverage and assertions.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Implement CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Participate in code reviews, contribute to development standards, and document technical decisions.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Troubleshoot production issues including governor-limit errors, integration failures, and data anomalies.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Collaborate with admins, architects, and product owners to refine requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Optimize performance for large-data-volume scenarios, including selective queries and async patterns.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Support upgrades, releases, and refactoring of legacy implementations toward modern patterns.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Stay current with Salesforce releases, Einstein/Agentforce features, and platform innovations.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul style="margin-bottom:4px;"><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul style="margin-bottom:4px;"><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Experience with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing).</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) development.</li></ul>How to Apply Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
