It's more than a career, it's a calling.WI-REMOTEWorker Type:RegularJob Highlights:Scheduling & Logistics:<ul><li>The position is remote, with 95% of work conducted remotely and less than 5% on-site attendance required for go-live or other system initiatives.</li><li>Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.</li><li>There is no on-call requirement.</li></ul>Skills & Matching Criteria:<ul><li>Leadership skills, including experience working with virtual teams</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Teams</li><li>Familiarity with change management</li><li>Ability to collaborate with other leaders who have different priorities</li><li>Strategic thinking ability</li><li>Experience in medical scheduling</li><li>Experience with EPIC</li></ul>Job Summary:Leads assigned staff in performing activities or tasks relating to scheduling.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Leads or coordinates shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and staff.</li><li>Serves as a technical or functional resource.</li><li>Assigns, monitors and reviews progress of work. Monitors and reports compliance with policies and/or procedures.</li><li>Oversees and evaluates orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.</li><li>Performs the duties of a Scheduler.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul> EDUCATION<ul><li>High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience</li></ul> EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Three years' experience</li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.</li><li>Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.</li><li>Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.</li><li>Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
