Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment. Act as a mentor to new technicians and provide guidance and support as needed. Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure engines are repaired and maintained in a timely manner. Continuously strive for improvement in processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
