<p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p><div><p>● Deep understanding of modern software architecture, including microservices,</p></div><div><p>containerization (Docker), and cloud-native environments.</p></div><div><p>● High proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java,</p></div><div><p>TypeScript, or C#) with a focus on writing clean, scalable code.</p></div><div><p>● Advanced knowledge of industry-standard test design patterns and the ability to apply</p></div><div><p>them effectively to existing UI and API frameworks.</p></div><div><p>● Extensive experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium,</p></div><div><p>Postman, or RestAssured.</p></div><div><p>● Solid experience in performance engineering using tools like k6, JMeter, or Locust to</p></div><div><p>identify system bottlenecks.</p></div><div><p>● Advanced proficiency with CI/CD orchestration tools (like Harness, BitBucket, or</p></div><div><p>Jenkins) to optimize automated release cycles.</p></div><div><p>● High comfort level with cloud-based testing infrastructure like SauceLabs, BrowserStack,</p></div><div><p>or AWS Device Farm.</p></div><div><p>● Strong technical analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex specs and discover edge</p></div><div><p>cases through deep exploration of software behaviors.</p></div><div><p>● Expert technical communication skills, with the ability to translate complex quality risks</p></div><div><p>into actionable engineering tasks.</p></div><div><p>● Strong technical ownership and a readiness to provide peer-level mentorship to junior</p></div><div><p>engineers to improve overall team coding standards.</p></div><div><p>Experience Requirements:</p></div><div><p>Generally seven (7) plus years of experience in Software Engineering and Test Automation, with</p></div><div><p>a proven track record of significantly improving existing automation systems</p></div><p></p><p>remote</p><p>advanced english</p><p>Mexican citizens only</p>
