Seasonal Web Bear Builder I

<p>Following direction from the Warehouse Leadership, a Web Bear Builder 1 may be responsible for the following roles: palletizing cartons, using a radio frequency scanner to ship cartons to stores, and assembling orders which may include picking, packing, stuffing, sewing, and dressing the “furry friends”. </p><p><b>Responsibilities May Include:</b></p> <li>Gathering product for each order in a timely and accurate manner using an RF scanner.</li>
<li>Receiving product into the warehouse.</li>
<li>Following prompts for picking.</li>
<li>Replenishing and locating/moving items.</li>
<li>Assembling orders in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Following specific directions for each order to meet 100% guest satisfaction levels.</li>
<li>Stuffing/sewing/dressing the "furry friends".</li>
<li>Reviewing completed orders for accuracy. This includes identifying and correcting any product issues while building the order.</li>
<li>Completing any additional duties as assigned based on business needs.</li> <p> <b>Qualifications include:</b></p> <li>A minimum of a High School Diploma or a GED certificate.</li>
<li>Ability to read English proficiently.</li>
<li>Preferred level of experience: 1-2 prior years distribution/warehouse or logistics experience.</li>
<li>Ability to stand/walk/sit 8 hours or more per day.</li>
<li>Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to climb stairs several times a day.</li>
<li>Ability to use hands and fingers, reach with arms, stoop, kneel and bend.</li>
<li>Manual dexterity required.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.</li>
<li>Must be available to work occasional overtime throughout the week/weekend and holidays as needed.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task; have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to adhere to all safety standards.</li>
<li>Ability to use RF equipment and walkie-talkies.</li>
<li>Reliable and dependable. Shows tenacity and commitment to tasks.</li>
<li>Accepts supervision and coaching.</li>
<li>Flexible and adaptable to change; must be willing to work in other departments in the warehouse as needed.</li>

<li>4-hour shift 6AM-10AM
10:30am-2:30PM
3PM-7PM
7:30PM-11:30pm </li>
<li>Monday to Friday</li> <p>Pay:</p>
<p>1st Shift Starting pay $16</p>
<p>2nd Shift Starting pay $</p>
