About the Job
Hi , My 82y/o dad lives at home with his wife and small loyal Maltese mix dog. Dad is in good physical health and gets around pretty well but his Alzheimers is getting worse so now his wife and extended family hoping to find a senior care provider with Alzheimers experience to help out. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Assistance with medication is needed with gentle reminders to take his once daily meds. Assistance with bathing/ showering once or twice a week and shaving is a requirement . We're also looking for some help preparing 1 healthy meal / visit and provide some light hearted conversation to keep him engaged.
He loves to talk with someone about his old stories &has a good sense of humor. He's sometimes moody needing a little push to get cleaned up these days.

Hourly rate: $16.00 - $22.00/hour
