Seeking Remote, Full-Time Human Resources Assistant

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a highly organized, professional HR Assistant to support our hiring and people operations.

Role Overview -

The HR Assistant will play a critical role in our recruitment process and day-to-day HR coordination. This person will be responsible for managing high volume applicant pipelines across multiple open roles, conducting initial candidate screenings, and ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience from first touchpoint to handoff to offer extension and onboarding. Should be ready to assist the HR Director with any and all tasks and duties.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, polished in communication, and comfortable being the first human touchpoint for candidates. You must present extremely well on camera, as you are representing one of the best Creative Media Firms in the industry.

Key Responsibilities -

Review, evaluate, and organize incoming applications across multiple job openings

Conduct initial 10–15 minute video screening interviews with candidates

Assess candidates for role fit, communication skills, professionalism, and alignment with company values

Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking systems and hiring records

Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates

Manage job postings across platforms as needed

Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process

Assist with onboarding logistics and internal documentation

Support general HR administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Ensure the company is consistently represented in a polished, credible, and values-aligned manner

Required Qualifications -

Prior experience in an HR Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or Talent Support role

Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional presence and comfort conducting video interviews

High attention to detail and follow-through

Self-directed and reliable in a remote work environment

**Note that all of our team members are 1099 contractors. This role is 1099 as well**

You will work closely with leadership and have visibility into the company’s growth and hiring strategy
