Senior Customer Service Representative

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Work Location: On-site (This is NOT a remote position)

Job Summary

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Senior Representative, Customer Service to join our team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality Pre-Operative Plans and supporting departmental production targets. The position requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to follow structured procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Overtime demand is high; while infrequent, workweeks exceeding 55 hours may occur.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create cases using a proprietary case management system
  • Review CT scans for compliance with surgical protocol requirements
  • Segment CT scans using specialized software to create 3D anatomical bone models for robotic surgery
  • Develop Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee replacement procedures
  • Review segmentation and surgical plans for accuracy in anatomical landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning
  • Upload completed plans to field personnel
  • Document activities according to established procedures
  • Follow work instructions precisely to ensure consistent output

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience OR equivalent education (Associate’s Degree or higher)
  • English proficiency (reading and speaking)
  • Ability to distinguish a variety of colors on a computer screen
  • Visual acuity of 20/20 with or without corrective lenses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce or Materialise MIMICS
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Certification or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI)
  • Nursing or related healthcare certification
  • Completion of a college-level anatomy course
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
