Location: 1301 Avenue of the Americas – New York, New York 10019 JOB BRIEF The Senior Integrated Payments Risk Analyst performs functions in support of oversight monitoring including merchant onboarding, risk monitoring, and periodic reviews of merchant portfolios for the Integrated Payments ISO and Payment Facilitator program. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Key Deliverables: <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6"> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Daily oversight review of Client’s onboarded merchant accounts.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Daily oversight review of Client’s risk monitoring results.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Initiate underwriting and risk investigations with Clients identified in oversight reviews.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Conduct Card Network compliance oversight of Client’s portfolio including web monitoring, Data Integrity, MATCH.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Report monthly metrics for chargebacks, returns, losses for each Client.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Compile monthly key performance indicators for Card Network compliance requirements.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Assist with new client due diligence and approval.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Manage Card Network registration and implementation requirements.</li> </ul> REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6"> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Bachelor’s Degree</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">5 – 7 years of merchant acquiring credit risk experience</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Understanding of credit risk, fraud indicators, and risk mitigation practices</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Experience complying with Card Network rules and requirements</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Ability to analyze merchant account details and fraud indicators for investigations and escalations.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Ability to communicate results of oversight monitoring and reporting with Clients and colleagues.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Basic Excel (basic formulas, etc.) and Word</li> </ul> COMPETENCIES/SKILLS <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6"> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Expertise in merchant acquiring credit and risk management</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Knowledge of merchant boarding systems and processes</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Knowledge of merchant acquiring risk systems including external tools such as e-commerce monitoring</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Strong communication and presentation skills</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Analytical and organizational skills</li> </ul> Key has implemented a role-based Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces, dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces, while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment. This position is NOT eligible for employment visa sponsorship for non-U.S. citizens COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
