We’re rethinking that narrative.</p><p><br></p><p>Now we’re looking for a creative, strategic and values-driven <strong>Senior Marketing & Communications Officer</strong> to help us shape powerful storytelling across Birmingham and the West Midlands and contribute to national campaigns that challenge negative rhetoric and amplify lived experience.</p><p><br></p><p>ACH is a UK non-profit refugee social enterprise providing supported housing, skills training and business support to help people rebuild their lives and reach their full potential.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a senior regional role with real influence. You will:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead marketing & communications activity across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry and Solihull</li><li>Shape and grow our <strong>#rethinkingrefugee</strong> narrative</li><li>Manage executive-level communications</li><li>Plan and deliver impactful campaigns, events and partnerships</li><li>Oversee website content, storytelling and ethical case studies</li><li>Create engaging digital content and manage our e-newsletter</li><li>Use performance insights to strengthen impact and reach</li><li>Support brand consistency, reputation and strategic positioning</li></ul><p><br></p><p>For more info on the role, please click apply.</p>
