This is a high-ownership role managing pre-match and live sportsbook exposure. We need a sharp, high-conviction analyst who can instantly distinguish between standard recreational variance and exploitative sharp play. Balancing 360-degree cross-platform oversight across both Casino and Sportsbook, you will protect our bottom line and secure long-term margin sustainability without sacrificing customer experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><h3>Real-Time Risk & Game Monitoring</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Detect & Mitigate:</strong> Monitor live Sportsbook and Casino activity to swiftly neutralize sharp play, arbitrage, exploits, and bonus abuse.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Player Profiling:</strong> Track player profitability, betting patterns, and withdrawal velocity; manage risk actions like account restrictions or market adjustments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Integrity Control:</strong> Analyze casino game outcomes against expected RTP to identify technical anomalies and multi-accounting.</p></li></ul><h3>Sportsbook & Trading Support</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Exposure Management:</strong> Monitor pre-match and in-play event exposure, liabilities, and market movements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Trading Operations:</strong> Handle platform risk settings, manage feed providers, and execute bet reviews and limit adjustments.</p></li></ul><h3>Payments, Process & Collaboration</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Fraud Prevention:</strong> Review high-risk withdrawals and suspicious payment patterns alongside the Fraud/Payments teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Optimization & Reporting:</strong> Build data-driven risk reports and refine automated alerting frameworks and risk rules.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Cross-Team Alignment:</strong> Work closely with Trading, VIP, Product, and Support, escalating critical incidents directly to the Risk Manager.</p></li></ul><h2>What You Bring</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years in a Risk, Trading, or Fraud role within iGaming or Sports Betting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Domain Expertise:</strong> Deep understanding of trading concepts (odds, liabilities, exposure) and casino mechanics (RTP, volatility).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Data & Anomaly Detection:</strong> Experience with data tools (Excel, SQL, BI) to rapidly spot sharp action and pricing inefficiencies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Live Operations Mindset:</strong> Ability to make fast, commercial decisions in high-volume, 24/7 live environments (including shifts).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Composure & Communication:</strong> Clear articulation during escalations and a calm demeanor during high-pressure, peak-volume periods.</p></li></ul>
