Summary

We are seeking a passionate Server to join our team at Neoteca in Barrington. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an unforgettable dining experience for our guests, embodying our commitment to quality and hospitality.
Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in related position required.
• Proven experience in a server role, preferably in fine dining.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
