Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Hewlett-Packard's service category offerings. Serve as a subject matter expert on service categories and presales processes. Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and customer demands. Actively engage with customers to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth. Create and deliver presentations and proposals to customers, showcasing the benefits of Hewlett-Packard's service categories. Monitor and track service category performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Keep abreast of competitors' service offerings and provide insights to inform business decisions. Stay updated on product developments and updates within the service category and communicate them to relevant teams. Provide training and guidance to sales teams on service categories and presales processes. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of any issues. Adhere to company policies and procedures while carrying out job responsibilities.
