ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro Architect

Role Description: Transforms detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Designs long-term, reliable, and adaptive technical architectures. Serves as a technical gateway between the project manager and the developers.

ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro expert needed with significant experience guiding functional and technical design for product implementation and growth. Emphasis that they MUST have Pro level experience. Must be a strong communicator and have basic project management skills.

This resource needs to be a deep functional and technical expert in both SAM Pro and HAM Pro. They will be responsible for interpreting requirements, designing solutions aligned to the capabilities of the HAM/SAM Pro modules, developing user stories as needed to capture these requirements, and then managing the developers to complete each sprint activity. Deployment is managed by another team. Strong communication and organization skills are required. Preferred if the person has some project management skills as well.

SERVICENOW ADMIN - Very Advanced (9 - 12 years' experience)
Agile Scrum Master - Advanced (6-9 years' experience)
ServiceNow Developer - Advanced (6-9 years' experience)
