Site Manager – Tier 1 Main Contractor

Location: Projects across London
Salary: £70,000+ DOE + Car Allowance

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London.

Requirements (Essential):

Proven CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out experience
Strong Cut & Carve project background
SMSTS certification
First Aid at Work
Black or Gold CSCS Card
Experience working for a main contractor on commercial projects

Role Overview:

Day-to-day site management of commercial fit-out works
Managing subcontractors and site programmes
Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme delivery
Reporting progress to Project Managers and Senior Management

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile London projects with a leading contractor.
