Job Summary
At Tia Ana's Nursery, We are a bilingual nursery speaking Spanish and English. We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Level 2/3 Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting children's developmental needs through engaging activities and personalised care. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Italian is essential for the role.

Duties

• Deliver age-appropriate educational activities in both English and Spanish, ensuring inclusivity for all children
• Support children's emotional, social, and behavioural development through personalised care plans
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement daily routines and specialised programmes
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's wellbeing and development
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety at all times
• Assist with organising nursery events, outings, and community engagement initiatives
• Lead small group sessions to promote language development and cultural awareness

Skills

• Fluency in Spanish
• Level 2/3 early Years or childcare qualification
• Experience working with children, ideally within nursery or early childhood education settings
• Ability to engage children through creative activities that promote learning and development
• Compassionate approach with the ability to build trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
