Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer service, operations or comparable environment
3+ years of analytical experience required
Experience with macros, and other software used for data mining and analysis
Experience in advanced trend analysis, data mining and ability to interpret data to provide recommendations to drive key business decisions required
