What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in retail or customer service management, or 4+ years of military service
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with effective problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and sales experience
- Proven leadership skills to coach and support team members
- High School diploma or GED
Requirements
- Valid proof of identity and legal work eligibility in the country where you apply
- Ability to maintain a full-time schedule (typically over 40 hours weekly), including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
