<div><h2>Overview</h2><p>Static Electrical Maintenance engineer - Royal Woolwich Arsenal (company van also provided) £43/45k - APPLY TODAY</p><p>My client are a mechanical and electrical engineering company who have been in operation for over 35 years providing M&E solutions to their end clients.</p><p>They now seek a static electrically biased engineer to be based at Royal Arsenal Woolwich Development.</p><p>The development is a large mixed used development where my clients look after the communal areas and plant rooms only.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Carry out electrical repairs and installation works.</li><li>Carry out PPM testing on fire alarms, AOVs, and emergency lighting, as well as working alongside mechanical and AC engineers.</li><li>Undertake fault finding, diagnosis and repairs of electrical equipment and AOVs.</li><li>Be familiar with using job sheet software on a mobile device.</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and communicate regularly with estate managers and residents.</li><li>Will be expected to carry out inspection & testing experience if applicable.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>NVQ Level 3 electrical installation qualifications or equivalent.</li><li>Mechanical plant room experience required.</li><li>Experience in maintenance, fault finding, diagnosis and repairs of electrical equipment and AOVs.</li><li>Experience with PPM testing on fire alarms, AOVs, emergency lighting.</li><li>Own hand tools and voltage meter; any specialised equipment will be provided.</li><li>Clean driving licence advantageous.</li></ul><h2>Role details</h2><ul><li>Salary £42k - £45k depending on experience</li><li>Working hours 8am - 4pm</li><li>Van (Ford Transit Connect or similar) with fuel card</li><li>Works vehicle available for personal use within reason</li><li>24 days holiday excluding bank holidays</li><li>Mobile phone</li><li>Call out rota is currently approximately once every 10 weeks</li><li>Company uniform</li><li>Expenses float facility available</li><li>Pension contribution available</li><li>Overtime available</li></ul><p>to apply please send your updated cv in return to this</p></div> #J-18808-Ljbffr
