Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Train and supervise store employees to maintain high standards of performance and customer service. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions that drive sales and increase profitability. Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely. Collaborate with other store operators and management to identify and implement strategies for improving store performance. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards colleagues and customers, fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment. Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations, customer service, and employee performance. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to: dress code, attendance, and punctuality. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to make informed business decisions. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure the store is in compliance at all times.
