This person will own interview coordination, candidate experience, and the operational backbone of our recruiting function, including Greenhouse administration, reporting, and process documentation.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We run like a startup. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Candidates hear back on time, interviewers have what they need, data is clean and accessible, and the systems we rely on actually work the way they should.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Key Activities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews across time zones, keeping things moving quickly without sacrificing the candidate experience</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver a consistent, high-touch process from first screen to offer</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the primary administrator of Greenhouse (our recruiting ATS), maintaining job posts, workflows, permissions, tags, and data hygiene</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Use AI tools (including Claude) to streamline workflows, draft candidate communications, generate reports, document processes, and surface patterns in pipeline data</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give the team real visibility into pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other recruiting metrics</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Document processes, create templates, and identify opportunities to make our recruiting systems work smarter</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support offer letter generation, reference check coordination, and other operational tasks that keep the hiring process running cleanly</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process, experience in a fast-paced environment</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred) and a track record of keeping it well-organized</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive For this role, we're hiring at an annual salary of $65,000 to $85,000.
