The position collaborates with cross-functional partners and the Talent Management team to identify, design, and implement solutions that enhance organizational success. It acts as an advisor in talent management strategies and utilizes diverse talent practices to optimize talent identification, development, and retention efforts that will foster workforce growth and development in alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates cross-functionally on talent reviews, succession planning, talent development processes, and performance management.
  • Partners with leaders to identify training courses for team members that are aligned with achieving their individual development plans (IDPs). Audits registrations and follows up as needed to ensure training is completed.
  • Provides guidance to team members and leaders on effectively integrating learning goals into daily work.
  • Regularly assesses talent management data to identify opportunities, inform decisions, evaluate effectiveness, and track progress towards intended results.
  • Maintains ongoing communication with the Corporate HRBP to collaborate on talent pipeline development for future role placements.
  • Partners with management to design, implement, and guide talent management efforts within the Career Development Framework (CDF), including job content, career maps, and functional skills integration.
  • Collaboratively designs a comprehensive onboarding plan/packet for leaders that familiarizes new team members with organizational culture, fosters a sense of belonging, and accelerates their productivity within the first 30/60/90 days of employment.
  • Assists, supports, and educates leaders in navigating the organization's performance management cycle and coaches them in conducting impactful review discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
