Technology Support Analyst III

Provide technical support: The Technology Support Analyst III will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for employees and clients of Capital Group Companies. This includes both hardware and software problems, as well as network and system issues. Utilize technical expertise: The candidate will use their in-depth knowledge of technology to analyze problems and provide effective solutions. This may include researching and implementing new technologies to improve processes and systems. Deliver exceptional customer service: The Technology Support Analyst III will be the primary point of contact for all technology-related inquiries and concerns. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Collaborate with team members: As a key member of the technology team, the candidate will work closely with other analysts, engineers, and IT professionals to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and continuously improve processes. Provide training and documentation: The candidate will be responsible for creating and updating user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and other documentation to help employees and clients navigate technology systems and processes effectively.
