Ticketing and Reservation Executive – Lagos

Now Travel & Tours is expanding! We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Ticketing and Reservation Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in reservations and ticket issuance
Handle ticket reissues, refunds, etc.
Distribute airline timetables and promotional materials
Ensure compliance with reservation policies and guest service standards
Market and sell company products and services
Assist with hotel accommodation reservations
Provide visa application services
Prepare weekly sales reports
Attend industry events and build new business partnerships
Report to the Operation Manager

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proficient in GDS systems like Amadeus, Abacus, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet sales targets
Independent and team collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Leadership qualities with strategic execution abilities
Knowledge of IATA rules and airline regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

University Degree
Minimum 2 years of air ticketing & reservation experience
