You will also play a key part in project success by leveraging language technology and developing pilot processes to enhance efficiency.</p> <p> </p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities</b><ul> <li> <p data-path-to-node="1,0,0">Generate precise project quotes and calculate turnaround times, aligning technical specifications with client expectations.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="1,1,0">Drive quote conversion by following up on proposals to meet and exceed target acceptance rates.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="1,2,0">Identify revenue opportunities and "add-on" business within existing accounts to support long-term retention.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="1,3,0">Provide consultative advice to clients on project optimization, balancing product quality with cost-efficiency.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="1,4,0">Partner with Business Development to design and execute sales strategies for key accounts.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="1,5,0">Monitor account health and service usage, providing actionable feedback to internal teams to improve client satisfaction.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="1,6,0">Optimize operational workflows and implement sales actions that reduce manual tasks and increase profit margins.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="1,7,0">Manage financial governance by ensuring the accuracy of legal entities, POs, and billing schedules within internal systems.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="1,8,0">Serve as a cross-functional liaison, effectively conveying specific client requirements to Project Managers with clarity and technical precision.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="1,9,0">Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quoted volume, acceptance rates, and average project value.</p> </li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Skills and Knowledge</b><ul> <li>Essential: Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication, and comfortable speaking to clients at all levels, via phone or video call.</li> <li>Desirable: Knowledge of other language</li> <li>Essential: Total Command of Microsoft Office.</li> <li> </li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Education and Experience</b><ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong></li> <li>Essential: Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or university degree.</li> <li>Desirable: Master's Degree.</li> <li><strong>Experience: </strong>2-4 years of experience in customer-facing activities related to the localization/translation/project management fields.</li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p>
