Trello Audit
Hi! I’m looking for a Trello workflow coach/consultant to help me simplify and optimize my Trello setup.
Right now I feel like my boards have too many moving parts (multiple boards, automations, checklists, calendars, etc.) and it’s starting to feel harder to manage than the work itself.
What I need help with:
A board audit (what to keep, merge, archive, or delete)
A simplified structure that matches how I actually work
Reducing “where does this go?” confusion
Better use of:
templates
recurring tasks
checklists vs cards
labels vs lists
automation (without it moving things around too much)
A clear weekly workflow:
how I plan my week
how I track deadlines
how I capture new tasks
how I review daily
My work includes:
Teaching + planning art classes/workshops
Art commissions with deadlines (milestones + customer communication)
Business admin (bookkeeping, inventory, marketing, etc.)
Personal tasks
What I DON’T want:
A super complex “Second Brain” system
Tons of automation that constantly re-sorts my board
A full rebuild that ignores my real workflow
Ideal outcome:
A clean, realistic Trello system that:
feels calm
is easy to maintain
makes it obvious what I should do next
helps me plan weekly and hit deadlines without overwhelm
If this sounds like something you do, I’d love to book 1–2 sessions and share my boards with you.
Thanks!
