Job Description US IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and motivated US IT Recruiters to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong career in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for US-based clients
  • Understand client requirements and match suitable candidate profiles
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews (technical & communication screening)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with US recruitment standards and timelines


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any graduate / postgraduate degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work in night shift (mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of IT roles (training will be provided for freshers)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools


Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to US IT recruitment / staffing
  • Experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.)
