Virtual Assistant.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative, customer service, and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of online tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails, calendars, and appointments
Schedule meetings and coordinate communications
Perform data entry and maintain organized records
Handle customer service inquiries via email or chat
Conduct online research and prepare reports
Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing (if applicable)
Create and manage content for social media or blogs (optional)
Update websites or product listings (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WordPress)
Support project management using tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Docs/Sheets
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
High-speed internet and a reliable computer setup
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Social media management skills (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools
Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce)
