Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (Admin) to support the setup and management of Looker Studio dashboards for sales and marketing reporting. This project-based role involves data preparation, dashboard configuration, and documentation, with flexible working hours and remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and build Looker Studio dashboards for sales and marketing performance tracking
  • Integrate data from Google Sheets, CSV files, and other provided sources
  • Clean, organise, and validate data prior to dashboard integration
  • Create clear and structured data visualisations for reporting purposes
  • Recommend improvements to reporting structure and dashboard usability
  • Prepare basic documentation and ensure proper handover after project completion

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Looker Studio is mandatory
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Drive)
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Experience in virtual assistant, data admin, or similar roles is an advantage

Project Details

  • Project Fee: RM1,200 – RM2,000 (one-off, based on scope and experience)
  • Duration: Approximately 2–4 weeks
  • Payment Terms:

– 50% upon project confirmation
– 50% upon project completion

Additional Information

The scope includes dashboard setup, documentation, and handover. Any additional scope or revisions beyond the agreed requirements will be charged separately.

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
