The team is seeking a Workday Consultant with direct, hands-on experience supporting Workday new migrations. The candidate must have specific experience leading or heavily supporting new migration efforts. The project involves supporting data stage migrations for the client. We checked with her, and she said we do not have to be Workday certified.

Responsibilities

support new Workday migration projects

Manage and execute data stage migration activities

Analyse, transform, and validate legacy data for Workday conversion

Partner with functional and technical teams to ensure successful migration

Troubleshoot migration-related issues and provide resolution

Perform data reconciliation, testing, and validation

Support go-live and post-migration stabilization activities

Ability to work EST or CST hours
