<p><strong>.Workday Reporting Developer</strong></p><p><strong> Location: Edison, NJ (Onsite) – 2 Positions</strong></p><p><strong> Engagement: Long-Term Contract</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Client is seeking an experienced <strong>Workday Reporting Developer</strong> to support enterprise-wide reporting needs across HR, Payroll, and Finance domains within a large healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Workday reporting, data analysis, and integrations, with experience supporting hospital or healthcare systems preferred.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain <strong>Workday custom reports</strong>, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Dashboards</li><li>Build and optimize <strong>Calculated Fields</strong> to support complex business requirements</li><li>Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights</li><li>Support <strong>Workday integrations</strong> (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio – as applicable) for reporting and downstream systems</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, validation, and compliance with healthcare and internal reporting standards</li><li>Troubleshoot reporting issues, performance concerns, and data discrepancies</li><li>Assist with Workday enhancements, upgrades, and testing cycles</li><li>Provide documentation and knowledge transfer as needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on <strong>Workday Reporting</strong> experience</li><li>Strong expertise in Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports, and Dashboards</li><li>Deep understanding of Workday business objects and calculated fields</li><li>Experience supporting <strong>Healthcare / Hospital systems</strong> is highly preferred</li><li>Exposure to Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and/or Financials reporting</li><li>Working knowledge of Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio)</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience working with large enterprise or healthcare organizations</li><li>Workday certifications (Reporting, HCM, or Integrations)</li></ul><p></p>
