X Twitter Account Manager / Community & Content Manager B2B SaaS, AI + Procurement
We're building a B2B SaaS product in the procurement/tender discovery space (AI-powered).
We need an experienced X (Twitter) account manager to run and grow our X presence into a trusted, high-signal account for procurement professionals and business owners.IMPORTANT - READ THE ATTACHED DOCS BEFORE APPLYING:
We attached 2 documents that define the strategy and the execution plan.1) "X Strategy Document" - profile setup, content pillars, posting cadence, growth tactics, engagement routine, KPIs.2) "X Implementation Workbook" - quick-start checklist, ready-to-use pinned thread, 30-day content calendar, engagement templates, tracking spreadsheet template.If you don't read them, you'll miss context and your proposal will be ignored.you'll do:
• Optimize the account profile (bio, header, pinned thread plan, UTM links) and keep it updated.- Execute a structured content system:
educational + product/value + social proof + industry news + engagement posts.- Write and publish posts (threads + single tweets) in clear native-level English (high signal, not "marketing fluff").- Maintain daily community engagement:
replies, quote tweets, thoughtful comments, relationship-building with relevant accounts.- Build and maintain a content calendar + batch creation workflow.- Coordinate with us weekly (quick check-in) to align on product updates, priorities, and themes.- Track performance and iterate:
impressions, engagement rate, profile visits, link clicks, signups attribution.- Posting frequency:
start with ~2 posts/day (and scale as performance proves out).Deliverables (first 30 days):
• Week 1:
profile setup improvements + pinned thread draft + first 7 days scheduled + engagement routine started.- Weeks 2-4:
consistent posting + engagement + weekly mini-report (what worked / what didn't / next experiments).- End of month:
a clear KPI snapshot + recommended adjustments for month 2.Reqs- Proven experience growing X accounts for B2B SaaS / professional audiences (show examples).- Strong copywriting and "thread thinking" (hooks, structure, value density).- Comfortable with analytics and iterative testing.- Ability to create simple visuals when needed (Canva or similar).- Professional tone + fast, thoughtful replies (community management).- Bonus:
familiarity with procurement/tenders/GovCon or adjacent B2B domains.How to apply:
