X/Twitter Growth Manager for Sports Analytics Platform

I'm looking for an experienced social media manager to help grow and manage the X (Twitter) presence for , a sports analytics platform.

What you'll be doing:
Grow our X/Twitter following and increase engagement organically
Actively engage with relevant accounts in the sports betting, analytics, and fantasy sports space (likes, replies, quote posts)
Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand way
Identify and engage with potential users to drive follower growth
Help audit and improve our current posting strategy to maximize reach and account health
Suggest and implement a consistent content/posting cadence
Monitor account standing and flag any issues


What I'm looking for:
Proven experience growing X/Twitter accounts (please share examples)
Familiarity with X's current algorithm, best practices, and account health guidelines
Knowledge of the sports betting or fantasy sports niche is a big plus
Someone who genuinely reads job posts — start your cover letter with the word FADE, or your application won't be reviewed
Someone who understands organic growth — quality over quantity
Strong written English

~5-10 hrs/week to start, with room to grow
