Required Proof

Include:

1. One account you personally grew (start → end → timeframe)

2. Primary growth source (replies / posts / threads)

3. Screenshot proof (names may be blurred)

Applications without proof will be ignored.

Access

• X delegate access only

• No DMs

• No profile or bio changes

Violation = immediate removal.

Compensation

• Fixed monthly base

• Bonus paid only if:

o Followers increase without engagement rate decline

o Replies generate interaction

o Substack reads/subscribers increase organically

Growth that lowers engagement = no bonus.
